Return & Refund Policy

60-Day Launch Return Shipping Benefit


We understand that trying a new welding brand can feel like a big decision—especially when most companies require customers to pay return shipping and restocking fees. TENWELX believes that great products should be easy to try, not stressful. As a new brand committed to building long-term trust, TENWELX is taking a different approach during our launch period.


For orders placed on or after December 11, 2024, TENWELX will provide free return shipping for eligible welding machine returns during the first 60 days following our official website launch. This benefit applies to one return shipment per order and is intended to give new customers the confidence to try our machines.


To qualify, the welding machine must remain in clean, undamaged, and resellable condition with all original accessories and packaging included. Light functional testing is acceptable. However, heavy use, burn marks, missing items, damaged accessories, or signs of misuse may result in deductions or refusal of the return.


This benefit covers return shipping only. Standard return conditions, including eligibility rules and inspection requirements, still apply. No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns under this 60-day launch benefit.


Orders placed after the 60-day launch period will follow TENWELX’s standard Return & Refund Policy. 


Period ends February 11th, 2026.




Return Window & Eligibility


TENWELX accepts returns within 30 days from the delivery date for orders placed through our official website. Returned products must remain in clean, undamaged, and resellable condition, with all original accessories and packaging included. Light functional testing is acceptable, but heavy use, burn marks, physical damage, or missing items may result in refusal or additional fees.




Order Cancellation or Modification (Before Shipment)


Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge before shipment. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are treated as standard returns and must follow the Return & Refund Policy.




Condition Requirements


To ensure fairness to all customers, returned products must be kept in good physical and functional condition. Items showing signs of excessive use, impact damage, scratches, burnt marks, damaged accessories, missing components, or any condition affecting resale eligibility may be denied or incur deductions. TENWELX reserves the right to evaluate the condition of all returned items.




Non-Defective Returns: Fees & Shipping


For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to help cover inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and administrative costs. (Industry standard: 15–20%; TENWELX applies a reduced 10% rate as a customer-first measure.)




Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty Reference)


If your item appears defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. Verified defective items will be handled under our Limited Warranty Policy, and TENWELX will cover all shipping costs and waive the restocking fee. Damage caused by misuse or improper operation is not considered a manufacturing defect.




Accessory Returns


Accessories purchased separately—such as torches, foot pedals, cables, or other non-consumable items—may be returned only if unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on accessory-only returns.




Exchanges


Exchanges are allowed within the 30-day return window. Products must meet the same condition requirements as a standard return. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, customers will pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded. Defective exchanges follow the Warranty Policy and receive full support.




Refund Method & Processing Time


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After the returned item is received and inspected, TENWELX typically processes refunds within 2–3 business days. Additional time may be required by the payment provider to finalize the refund.




Return Process


Before sending a return, customers must contact TENWELX Customer Support to receive return instructions. To assist with evaluation and avoid unnecessary shipping, we may politely request photos or videos of the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.




Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:

· Consumables (tungsten, cups, nozzles, collets, etc.)

· Items showing heavy use, impact damage, or misuse

· Items missing essential components or accessories

· Products outside the 30-day return window
