Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the continental United States (48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

All orders are shipped from our TENWELX warehouse in Redmond, Washington.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


Shipping Cost

Standard shipping to the continental U.S. is free on orders over $100.

For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.99 will be applied at checkout.

Additional fees may apply for oversized items or special delivery requests.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using major carriers such as UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or claim as needed.
